Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of an early intervention program to improve the quality of life of autistic children's families and its impact on the self-awareness of their children in preschool age.

The sample consisted of (8) autistic children in kindergartens between the ages of (48-68) Months, And the degree of intelligence between (58-64) with low self-awareness, and a sample of 16 parents of autistic children Their ages ranged from (27-42) years with low quality of life.

The study tools included the quality of life list, self-awareness list and early intervention program, all prepared by the researcher and a scale of Binet Intelligence Scale (Egyptian (2003), and estimate the scale of autism Tarsh and others .(2010) The results of the study improved the quality of life of autistic children's families and improved self-awareness of their children.

The positive impact of the program on the experimental group continued during the follow-up period
