This study includes the importance of zakaah, the legitimate purpose of limiting the amount of zakaah on the eight categories, and the correct criterion for the issue of sufficiency for zakat beneficiaries by referring to the words of scholars in this regard and reviewing the effect of changing the provisions according to the times and conditions in controlling the adequacy of zakat beneficiaries.
