The current study aimed to identify the viewpoint of students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait towards the most leadership style most practiced by faculty members in the college along with the effect of the academic year's variables and specialization on that.

The study followed the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (269) students enrolled in the College of Basic Education for the academic year 2019/2020.
