الفروق بين الجنسين في إدراك عوامل التفريط التحصيلي داخل النظم المدرسية المختلفة (الحكومية–الخاصة–الدولية)‎ في المرحلة الإعدادية

Abstract EN

The present study aimed to investigate the gaps between gender in the perception of the underachievement's factors (the personality factors, the family context, the school and the societal context) in each of the three educational systems (public, private and international) in the preparatory stage.

The sample of the field study was composed of (1193) students distributed on the three educational systems of 16 middle schools in Alexandria Governorate.

The researcher followed the descriptive approach in the study and applied three diagnostic tools.

The results indicated that: the number of underachievers was(178) boys and (167) girls out of the field study students also there were statistically significant differences in gender in favor of boys both in public and international schools.

Boys were also more responsive to the factors of achievement in comparison to the females.

In contrast, in the private educational system, females were more than boys.
