Nowadays, Countries seek to implement E-government, which seeks to provide services and all government transactions electronically overcoming many of the difficulties facing the public and in pursuit of the growth and development of services, this is achieved through the effectiveness of digital communication through its websites, This study aims to identify the role of digital communication in influencing the effectiveness of e-government in the UAE by applying to Dubai and Sharjah, are keen to use their websites to market their services, but to varying degrees.

The Dubai E-government has been the first to use digital communication.

This is evidenced by the design of its websites and the effectiveness of digital communication with its public.
