Abstract EN

The present research aims to know the ability of kindergarten headmasters to take decision according to the administration principles in Ninava Government center 2010 - 2011 .

The researcher prepared two questionnaires consisted of 24 items for each .

The validity was established .

The reliability of the two questionnaires was 0.82 for headmasters Q and 0.78 for teachers Q .

T-test , Pearson coefficient , and probability means to analyze the results .

The results revealed that the headmasters have the ability to take decision .

Also the results showed that there were no statistical significant differences between the mean scores of headmasters and teachers in evaluating the kindergarten headmasters in performing the administration work .
