Reasons behind God's mercy in the lightof Quran's Verses.

The subject of this research is God's respondfor the Quran's Verses as saying“You may get mercy” which means tohave Mercy.

The research implies the following steps: 1.

Investigating the verses that indicatethe research subject, their meanings andwhat they imply of legislating duties.

They are as follow: A- Obeying Allah and his Prophet whichsubdivided intoB- Doing prey, giving Zakah, readingQuran and Fulfill its judges, seeking forgivenessand reconciling among people.

These are the reasons that made God'sMercy fall.
