The research dealt with (ALTANAZO'H) of the grammarians, indicating theimpact of logical and philosophical assumptions in the thinking of the grammarianswhen they set rules of ALTANAZO'H or argument.

This argument leads to a clearconfusion in the rules, both at the level of escalation, or at the level of judgments andreasoning.

many contradictions which affected the validity of the rules come out as aresult.

This matter made the grammarians to use some examples that have nothing todo with the argument and analyze it on the count of the argument and transmitted bythe generation after a generation until some of the late grammarians have hesitatedand refused to enter the argument.

And this indicates the lack of the rules to tightly, and these contradictions have affected the level of reason which was built upon therules of the argument.

Each type of grammarians built their rules on reason tocontradict the other type or team.

And when the application collapses the reasons ofthe two teams, and each of them is signed with a drawback on the other.

Thisresearch shows these contradictions in a scientific way based on analysis andcomparison.
