Abstract EN

The heritage of Ahl al-Bayt in general and the pilgrimage texts in particular, are still in need for further research and study in their contents and the historical facts they contained.

In this research, we stopped at one of those texts named "The pilgrimage to the holy shrine", which was received from Imam al-Mahdi "pbuh".

The descriptive narrative of this text has been analyzed by defining its terms in the research body at first, and ending with a conclusion that included the research results.

The term (Descriptive narrative) has to be dismantled in order to identify it, where (Narrative) means telling events and news, and transfer them from their real image into a language, whether this story was real or fiction, which is the way chosen by the creator or the narrator to offer from which the event to the recipient or consignee, while the (Description) is a creation intended to deliver a mental image of a scene.
