This article aims to demonstrate the importance of using the human resource accounting information system in Algerian enterprises in order to make the right decisions to achieve their objectives.

The most important results of the study showed the necessity of integration between the human resource accounting information system and the human resource information system in order to contribute to reducing costs related to human resources and reducing time and effort; And that the use of the human resource accounting information system contributes to measuring: Value of human resources working, profitability of using human assets and rate of return on human investment; The study also emphasized the necessity and mandatory use of the human resource accounting information system in Algerian enterprises.
