تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تشخيص و قياس أبعاد التغيير التنظيمي (التغيير الهيكلي، التغيير التكنولوجي، التغيير في المهام، التغيير الثقافي) السائد في عينة من فنادق مدينة مغنية (ولاية تلمسان، الجزائر) على جودة الخدمات الفندقية بتوزيع استبيان على عينة من العاملين فيها مكونة من 30 عامل بالاعتماد على النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية (SEM-PLS) و برنامج (SPSS 26).
أظهرت النتائج الإحصائية وجود أثر موجب عالي للتغيير التنظيمي على جودة الخدمة الفندقية و إدراك جيد لأبعاد التغيير التنظيمي من طرف العاملين باعتباره أولوية لرفع مستوى جودة الخدمات.
Abstract EN
This research paper aims to diagnose and measure the dimensions of organizational change (structural change, technological change, change in tasks, cultural change) prevailing in a sample of Maghnia' hotels (Tlemcen- Algeria) on the quality of hotel services, by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of employees consisting of 30 workers based on modelling structural equations (SEM-PLS) and (SPSS 26).
The statistical results indicate that there is a high positive effect of organizational change on the quality of the hotel service, and a good awareness of the dimensions of organizational change by workers as a priority to raise the level of services.
