Abstract EN

The main problem identified in the study was the identification of the most important modern inputs into the streamlining of administrative procedures in the Algerian administration and the administrative obstacles encountered, which had an impact on the process of streamlining administrative work.

The study aimed at clarifying the concept of streamlining procedures as a new concept brought about by human and scientific development and at highlighting its impact on the rationalization of administrative work; in addition to trying to identify the most important projects resulting from the streamlining of procedures, the study used the analytical descriptive method so that it could produce several results, notably: Identification of the most important office disorders and imbalances that increase administrative complications within the Algerian administration.
