تأملات في تفسير الآيات الخامسة عشرة و السادسة عشرة من سورة عبس (بأيدي سفرة كرام بررة)‎

Abstract EN

The commentators have expressed different viewpoints about definition of the honored ambassadors and the great good-doings regarding the fifteenth and sixteenth verses of Surah al-'Abas.(( بأيدي سفرة - كرام بررة)) The viewpoints differ as following: the angels, the Imams (AS), the true followers of the Quran, the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), reciters -Qurrᾱ- and the prophets.

Of course, some commentators have struggled to bring up some of these viewpoints.

In the present paper, we aimed to criticize and review the different statements in this regard by content-analysis method.

Then, we have presented the selected viewpoint by using different ways such as: considering the relationship between the verses and context, examining the words used in the verses through dictionaries and practical usages of the words in Quran, using Quran by Quran method, gathering and classifying the exegetical Ahadith.

The results indicate that the meaning of the mentioned verses are the carriers and true commentators of the Qur'an, namely, the Imams (AS); the people who continue the path of the Prophet (PBUH) and guarantee the maintenance of the Quran and its teachings.
