In Islam religion divorce is man’s right and is one of his virtues and therefore he can’t waive it.

By getting a power of attorney from her husband, wife can make herself proxy in divorce.

And by delegating another, she can cede this power of attorney to someone else.

However this attorney is in fact the representation and delegation of husband and is a revocable contract and is terminable unless based on an irrevocable contract like contract of settlement, husband waive from lawyer uninstallation’s right.

Yet still this attorney is kind of representation and delegation from husband and will be gone by insanity or death of husband.

Yet wife can resolve this Disadvantage by getting Delegating of Attorney.

In this article, delegation and the matter of taking another as attorney and the difference between these two is discussed.

And is trying to answer this question that is delegating divorce to wife or another third party, allowed? And is wife’s delegation in divorce correct, and has the effects of divorce delegation?
