The study aimed at introducing the project of information and Communication technology in higher education and its subprojects, As well as identifying the objectives of these subprojects, and the extent to which these goals are achieved from the perspective of the faculty members and students, with a number of recommendations and suggestions that can contribute to increase the percentage of achievement of the project objectives and contribute lo its continuity.

The study used descriptive analytical method, and reached several results, the most important of which was that all the responses of the sample of the faculty members and students ranged between medium and small, any goal did not achieve a large percentage greater Tempt Han 75%, and that the percentage of responses of the faculty members in general were higher TEMP than the students, And there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) in the dimensions of the questionnaire of the faculty members between the three universities (Fayoum, Mansoura and Beni Suef).
