This research aims to talk about the subject of waqf science in the Noble Qur'an, this field in which the meanings of the Qur'an are known, and through which many of the suspicions raised by the waqf are acted upon in the service of certain sects.

The science of waqf and initiation is one of the most important sciences that should be known, because breaching it is a breach of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an, and the objectives that the Bari, may He be glorified and exalted, wanted.

To conclude in the end that the imam has a new term, which is not known to anyone else, namely, the complete endowment, just as he agreed with most of the imams in the rest of the types, but he disagreed with Imam Al-Sajundi.
