This paper attempts to clarify the reality of the practice of syndication in Algeria, which since the Independence has been monopolized by the state.

Despite the laws that have been given to the syndical pluralism since the end of the last century, the elusion tactics from the authority and its ention from negotiation with the independent syndicates boubted if the last one is really considered as a social partner.

This situation doubted as well the effectiveness of the
