عرف مشروع التكامل المغاربي تراجعا و فشلا كبيرا في تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة للمنطقة المغاربية و التي أنشأ من أجلها بفعل مجموعة من العوامل المختلفة منها ما يتعلق بالبنية القانونية و المؤسساتية لهذا المشروع و منه جاءت هذه الدراسة للبحث في أهم الآليات المتعلقة بالجانبين القانوني و المؤسساتي التي يمكن من خلالها تفعيل هذا المشروع
Abstract EN
The Maghreb Integration Project has experienced a major decline and failure in achieving the common objectives of the Maghreb region, for which it was established, due to a number of different factors, including the legal and institutional structure of this project, from which this study came to discuss the most important mechanisms related to the legal and institutional aspects through which this project can be activated.
