يقع على عاتق أصحاب المهن (الأطباء و المحامون نموذجا) التزام بحفظ السر المهني و عدم إفشائه تحت طائلة العقوبات المنصوص عليها قانونا.
و تهدف الدراسة إلى التوفيق بين المصلحة العامة في ضمان الديون الضريبية و المصلحة الخاصة في حماية أسرار المرضى والموكلين من الإفشاء.
Abstract EN
Professionals have an obligation to keep a professional secret and not divulge it under penality of penalties stipulated in the law.
The study aims to reconcile between the public interest in securing tax debts and the private interest in protecting patients and clients secrets from disclosure.
