Abstract EN

The present paper discusses one of the scholarly families in the Islamic history which belongs to the Malikites, the family of Ibn Ata Allah Assakandari.

The paper presents a brief definition of fifteen scholars of the the family, highlights its scientific glow in Egypt in the fields of judiciary matters, religious verdict, teaching and authorship, besides of showing the family’s spiritual glow through spreading the “Sufi” thought via “Sufi” writings.
