صنفت الدراسات العلمية الكلاسيكية و الحديثة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي و الأداء في سبعة نماذج.
الاختلاف الملاحظ في إثبات أو نفي هذه العلاقة ناتج عن طبيعة المتغيرين اللذين يصعب قياسهما و تحديد أبعادهما لأنهما مرتبطان بعوامل نفسية و اجتماعية و وظيفية و كذلك لتدخل النظرة الذاتية للباحث التي تعتبر أهم معوقات الدراسات الاجتماعية.
Abstract EN
Modern and classical scientific studies classified the relationship between job satisfaction and performance in seven models.
The observed difference in proving or denying this relationship is resulted from the two variables that are difficult to measure and determine their dimensions.
This, because they are related (linked) to psychological, social and functional factors.
Also, because of the researcher's self-view interference, which is considered as the most important obstacle to social studies.
