School programs play a crucial role in road awareness and education for students to obey traffic rules, one that reduces traffic accidents and avoids their negative effects on individuals and communities.

For this, Algeria inserts the subject of road safety in the official school curricula from the primary period, but the increasing number of accidents raises serious questions as to the effectiveness of these programs in promoting a culture of safety traffic in children.

In this context, this study aims to assess the role of primary school programs in road awareness among students; and ways to improve their effectiveness in the fight against road terrorism, which is growing every day from an empirical study includes a sample of primary school teachers in the city of El Oued.
