تستند منظمة العمل الدولية في ممارسة نشاطها على مبادئ أساسية مهمة للقضاء على الفقر و هو الأمر الذي يتطلب توافق ما بين الإرادة الداخلية الوطنية و الإرادة الخارجية الدولية بحيث يساهم ممثلو العمال و أصحاب العمل و الحكومات من خلال النقاش الحر و الديمقراطي جلب الفائدة للجميع بالإضافة إلى المطالبة بالعمل و المساواة لتقلد الوظائف العامة دون تهميش تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للعمال و ترسيخ التعاون الثلاثي.
إذ صادقت الجزائر على 60 اتفاقية دولية لمنظمة العمل الدولية منها 53 اتفاقية سارية المفعول لذا سيتم الحديث على مدى تطبيق الاتفاقية و مضامين الحماية التنظيمية و القضائية لسلامة تطبيقها و دراسة الآليات العملية التشريعية و القانونية المتخذة من طرف الجزائر بشأن المعاهدات الدولية المصادق عليها.
Abstract EN
The International Labor Organisation relies in exercise of its activities on basic principales important to eradicating povery, whitch requires a consensus between the internal national will and the international external will, So that the representatives of workers, without marginalizing the achievement of social protection for workers and the consolidation of tripartite cooperation.
Algeria has ratified 60 international conventions of the International Labor Organization, 53 of which are in force.Therefore, discution will be made on the extent of implementation of the convention and the contents of regulatory and judicial protection for the safty of its application.
