أفرزت قضايا البيوتيقا و مستجداتها إشكالات طرحت النقاش و الجدال واسعا أمام الفلاسفة و العارفين و العلماء في ميادين شتى من ميادين حقول العلم و المعرفة و لم ينئ الدين و قضايا الشرع عن هذا النقاش الذي وضع ميدان الفقه أمام نوازل طبية بات البت فيها بضبط قضاياها من الضروريات الملحة.
نحاول في هذا المقال تحليل موضوع البيوتيقا وفقه النوازل-العمليات التجميلية نموذجا.

The issues of biotechnology and its developments have produced problems that have raised debate and debate in a wide variety of fields in the fields of science and knowledge.
Religion and Sharia issues have not departed from this debate, which placed the field of jurisprudence in front of medical calamities, which has become an urgent necessity.
