تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري و التشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2019 و ذلك باستعمال نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL) و بينت نتائج اختبار الحدود وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري و التشغيل كما بينت النتائج بعد تقدير نموذج ARDL على المدى القصير و الطويل أن للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري تأثير إيجابي في تخفيض معدلات البطالة لكنه غير معنوي
Abstract EN
This study aims to test the relationship between investment in human capital and employment in Algeria during the period 1990-2019, using Autoregressive Distributed Lag approach (ARDL), The results of the bound testing showed a long-term relationship between investment in human capital and employment, The results also showed, after estimating the ARDL model in the short and long term, that investing in human capital has a positive effect in reducing unemployment rates, but it is not significant.
