In light of the current challenges and the great growth witnessed by the international tourism activity and the strategic directions of the tourism Initialization in Algeria, which depends in its first place on the development of tourism investment by supporting all its tourism potentials that it enjoys, Algeria seeks to attract foreign direct investment as a mechanism for financing tourism investments that require Huge capital, local financial resources have failed to materialize on the ground, but the business performance environment in Algeria, which does not respond to the aspirations of foreign investors, stands as a barrier to its competitiveness in attracting foreign direct investment and employing it in the promotion of the tourism industry in Algeria.
