Abstract EN

This study addresses the issue of privatization and its impact on the financial performance of the public economic institution of Algeria.

Where since 1995, the state privatization of economic institutions in an attempt to broaden the ownership base according to the program prepared for this, and assigned its implementation on the many methods, which were represented in the partnership between the public and private sectors, total sales to the private sector, public institutions offering the shares for public subscription on the stock exchange, selling shares in institutions for the benefit of wage-earners, in addition to other methods represented in the management contracts and leasing.

And from this study has focused on the analysis of financial performance, using some of the financial indicators, in the previous period and following the privatization of fatty matter sybouse "la belle" foundation, whose financial performance has not improved after being privatized.
