School management is extremely important for the pupil, the teacher other people who work at school and even to the pupils' guardians and the local environment.

School is also in need for management to perform its educational duties.

The good and efficient management has become a Characteristic of modern school unlace the conventional one, therefore the school management bears the greatest burden in implementing the educational process in all its aspects whether they are technical or administrative Due to the importance if the school management in the society, the evaluation the definition the importance, the duties and the characteristics of the successful school management were involved in this research in addition to the factors, patterns of school management and the skills and duties of headmaster.
