يستمد النظام المحاسبي لشركات التأمين التكافلي أسسه الأصولية الرئيسية من القواعد الفقهية بشكل أساسي و الاستئناس بالفكر التأميني التقليدي لذلك تتسم هذه القواعد بالثبات والموضوعية الأمر الذي يجعل مجال الاجتهاد محصورا في الطرق و الأساليب و الإجراءات المحاسبية.
تطرقنا كمرحلة أولى إلى التامين التكافلي من مفهوم نشأة مسمياته و تأصيله و كمرحلة ثانية العمليات المالية و المعالجات المحاسبية للإيرادات من خلال إثبات الاشتراكات المسددة نقدا و إثبات الاشتراكات المقبوضة مقدما و إثبات الاشتراكات غير المسددة ثم العمليات المالية و المعالجات المحاسبية للمصروفات و من ثم وضحنا الفائض التأميني و العناصر المؤثرة فيه.
Abstract EN
The accounting system for Takaful insurance companies derives its foundations from the jurisprudential rules mainly and drawing on the traditional insurance thinking.
These rules are characterized by stability and objectivity, which makes the Ijtihad confined to the accounting methods and procedures.
As a first stage, we dealt with Takaful insurance, and as a second stage, financial operations and accounting treatments for revenues, then financial operations and accounting treatments for expenditures, and then clarified the insurance surplus and the elements affecting it.
