This article seeks to clarify the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance in financial statement of Qatari banks in period 2008-2019 By setting up an index of social disclosure and learn about its impact on performance by conducting a standard study.

Testing the hypotheses of the study the content analysis method was used, The study reached several results, the most important of which There is a weakness in practicing social responsibility activities in the environmental field, There is a positive impact of the Social Responsibility Disclosure Index - the area of society and the field of employees, with varying rates among the banks under study.
