Media education is a system and a practical process that gives the individual creative and innovative skills that enable him to analyze media messages which in turn requires the acquisition of strategies that allow understanding and criticism of information, And this is what media education promotesThe study aims to highlight the importance of media education as a concept that needs to be researched and as a practice that requires students to be searched and educated and as a practice that requires students to be trained.

In this study we have used an E-survey to investigate the views of a sample of university professors to know their opinions about including media education in university syllabi.

With media education students will learn to distinguish between the truth and the fake news, they will acquire skills that will enable them to deal with media and information with a critical thinking and a better understanding, they will be more able to creatively analyze media contents and criticize especially with the huge flow of information in our days.
