تحقيقا لأهداف الديمقراطية المحلية و في إطار التسيير الجواري فإن المجالس المحلية المنتخبة تتخذ كل التدابير للإعلام المواطنين بشؤونهم و استشارتهم حول خيارات و أولويات التهيئة و التنمية و يتم في هذا المجال استعمال كل الوسائط والوسائل الإعلامية المتاحة.
كما تسهر المجالس المحلية المنتخبة على وضع إطار ملائم للمبادرات المحلية التي تهدف الى تحفيز المواطنين و حثهم على المشاركة في تسوية مشاكلهم و تحسين ظروف معيشتهم.
Abstract EN
To achieve the goals of local democracy and within the framework of neighborhood management, the elected local councils take all the measures to inform citizens of their affairs and consult them about optons and priorities of preparation and development, in this field all available media and means are used.
the elected local councils also ensure that an appropriate framework is set for local initiative aimed at motivating citizens and urging them to participate in settling their problems and improving their living conditions
