تعد الخدمات الصحية احد القطاعات المهمة المرتبطة بالتنمية البشرية وحظت بأهمية كبيرة في دراسات جغرافية المدن التي تسعى جميع دول العالم الى تطويرها ورفدها بكل ما يلزمها لأنها تتعلق بصحة الفرد والمجتمع، وان خدمات الرعاية الصحية الاولية تعد من الخدمات المهمة والاساسية ، تقوم الدراسه في دراسة المراكز الصحية في نواحي قضاء الهاشمية وتالف البحث من ثلاث مباحث اهتم المبحث الاول دراسة العوامل الجغرافية الطبيعية والبشرية المؤثرة على المراكز الصحية في منطقه الدراسة وتم دراسة الواقع الصحي المراكز الرعاية الصحية الاولية في نواحي قضاء الهاشمية في المبحث الثاني، وضم المبحث الثالث دراسة كفاءة وكفاية تلك المراكز فيها، وقد تبين من خلال الدراسه انا مستوى المراكز الصحية في قضاء الهاشمية جاء بواقع متدني جدا و هنالك نقص كبير جدا في عدد المراكز الصحية الرئيسية معتمدين بذلك على المؤشر البشري للمعيار الصحي العراقي وهنالك ضعف في كفاءه تلك المراكز الصحية وتمثلت بقله كوادرها الطبية في مؤسساتها، كما انه توزيع هذه الكوادر كان يشوبها الخلل في اغلب المراكز وهنالك عدم توازن بحيث ان توزيع هذه المراكز لا يتناسب مع عدد السكان الموجود
English Abstract
Health services are one of the important sectors related to human development and have gained great importance in urban geography studies that all countries of the world seek to develop and supply with everything they need.
Because it is related to health for the individual and society, and primary health care services are important and basic services.
The The study is based on the study of health centers in the areas of the Hashemite district research consisted of three investigations.
The first research concerned the study of the natural factors of geography affecting the health centers in the study area.
The health situation was studied in primary health care centers in the areas of the Hashemite district .In the second topic, the third topic included a study of the efficiency and adequacy of those centers in them.
It was It came with a found through the study that the level of health centers in the Hashemite district very low rate, and there is a very large shortage in the number of major health centers, depending on the human index of the Iraqi health standard, and there is a weakness in the efficiency of these health centers .It was represented by the lack of its medical cadres in its institutions, and the distribution of these cadres was shown by the imbalance in most centers and there is an imbalance so that the distribution of these centers does not match the number of the existing population.
