Abstract EN

Disability is one of the main reasons for not adapting to reality and society because of the psychological and social crises it causes within the family environment compared to the disabled with his peers.

The vision towards them has changed, with the development of special education, and some of them are no longer completely dependent on those around him, but can perform many vital roles if properly trained and qualified for that, and the child with special needs is defined as that child whose performance deviates significantly.

What is considered normal, whether mentally, sensually, emotionally or socially, so this deviation calls for a kind of educational services that differ from what is provided to the average child, and the child with special needs needs special learning and special educational services with distinct care from his healthy peers.
