The study dealt with one of the rules of the principles of jurisprudence, which is the rule of "the possibility of performance: is it a condition in the performance, or in the duty?", By explaining its formulas, the meanings of its terms, and editing the meaning of being able to perform, its divisions, and other scholars in it, and fundamentalist issues related to the rule, And its jurisprudence applications.

I concluded that what is meant by performance can be: the ability to do worship and be able to place it in a place, time or condition.

And that it is achieved by realizing a part of the time of worship, with the absence of the inhibitor from performing, and it is not a condition of that part that it be expanded to perform the worship.

And that the scope of realization of the rule is the expanded duty, the subject of which is the disagreement in the necessity of judgment and its stability in the duty by realizing part of the time, the possibility of performance in it, and the place of disagreement in it: the necessity of eliminating the one who found the reason against him, and was unable to perform until the time came out.

Also, the difference of the origins scholars in the condition of being able to perform is branched from their difference in proving extended time.

And that the base brings a large number of fundamentalist issues, and branches of jurisprudence in the chapters of multiple jurisprudence.
