إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو قياس مدى الكفاءة النسبية لمؤسسات التعليم المتوسط لبلديات ولاية أدرار للموسم الدراسي 2018-2019 و ذلك باستعمال أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات و بالاعتماد على ستة مدخلات وهي نسبة الاستيعاب المؤسسة و نسبة مشاركة الإناث و نسبة مشاركة الأستاذات في التعليم و معدل التلاميذ للأستاذ الواحد و معدل التلاميذ في الفوج و معدل التلاميذ في الحجرات المستعملة و ثلاث مخرجات هي نسبة كل الناجحون في شهادة التعليم المتوسط و نسبة الإناث الناجحون و معدل الانتقال بينت نتائج البحث أن هناك اختلاف في الكفاءة كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك 12 بلدية حققت كفاءة فنية تامة وقد بلغ متوسط الكفاءة الفنية لمجموع مؤسسات التعليم المتوسط حوالي 0.

Abstract EN
The study aims to measure the relative efficiency of the Middle Schools for the municipalities of the state of Adrar during the 2017-2018 academic year by using the method Data Envelopment Analysis.
In this model, we use six inputs, which is the institution's orptive capacity rate, women teachers' participation rate, female pupil participation rate, pupil-teacher rate, pupil-classroom rate, and pupils-cohort rate, and three outputs are the Success rate in the Middle Schools certificate, female pupils success rate, and transition rate for the first, second and third years.
The results showed that there is a difference in the technical efficiency and Scale Efficiency, and showed that there are 12 municipalities that have achieved full technical efficiency, and the average technical efficiency is about 0.

The results also indicated that the most referential municipality is Timqten.
