In sum, the need for the legislator to re-theorize the law on lawyers; It guarantees ethics in the exercise of this noble task, and limits obstacles when necessary, or the emergence of an exceptional crisis - the Corona 19 crisis-, or when a new legal system is modern, aims to ensure the attorney's duties without hindrances, in accordance with indicators and ethics with an Islamic methodology (the Qur'an and Sunnah) and sayings Ancestors.
