Abstract EN

Teleworking is one of the most recent forms of work organizing.

It resulted from the introduction of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into many occupations.

It requires the employee to undertake his work in a place not owned by his employer or outside the employment institution using the modern means.

This way of conducting work has spread in developed countries and to a lesser extent in developing countries.

Its use has increased because of the health conditions imposed by the Corona pandemic in various countries including Algeria.

This happened because of its advantages in ensuring the continuity of work relations and safety at work, and also ensuring the flexibility in performing work.

However, this modern method of organizing work was not regulated with special provisions by the Algerian legislation, contrary to some Western and Arab legislations.

This creates many problems related to the concept and its specificity that need to be researched and resolved, and this is what we aim to answer in the current research paper.
