Through this study, we aim to determine the supplier's prior and subsequent obligations to the electronic sales contract, and we have concluded at the end of the research that the legislator has put in place legal guarantees to protect the consumer by controlling the supplier's obligations and the penalties that are imposed on him in the event of his violation of the provisions of this law, with the aim of providing a safe environment for the conclusion of electronic sales contracts Inside and outside the country, however, without developing electronic payment methods, handing over the national card to electronic suppliers, and diversifying forms of e-commerce, we will only know electronic advertising and media, and e-commerce cannot achieve a leading position in Algerian legislation.
