The purpose of this study, for the analysis of the legal framework of public accounting in Algeria, through the presentation of reality, and to highlight the weak points of the accounting system of the nomenclator of treasury accounts, and to present the perspectives of the reforms undertaken to modernize the public accounting through the evaluation of the project of the new accounting plan of the state PCE.
