Precaution finds all its logic in its philosophy which aims to put an end to the silence in the face of unproven scientifically risks presenting a danger to the environment, in a context of sustainable development which has transformed it into a principle of law, but in a manner controversial in virtue of the different assessment of jurists and courts, a principle which still retains its place in the sphere of debate, particularly with regard to its influence on some concepts of civil responsability.
