اهتمت كل من الجزائر تونس و المغرب بموضوع ممارسة حرية الاعلام فوضعت الأطر القانونية لتنظيم و ضبط ممارسة هذه الحرية كما أحدثت بموجب قوانين هيئات تسعى لضبط و ترقية ممارستها بعد وقوع أحداث ما يسمى بالربيع العربي بادرت دول محل الدراسة بتعديلات دستورية قامت من خلالها بدسترة هذه الهيئات بغرض دعم و ترقية الحريات المقرة دستوريا سيما حرية الاعلام
Abstract EN
Algeria, Tunisia and Marocco addressed the issue regarding the exercice of freedom of information by establishing legal frameworks to be able to regulate and control.
Regulatory authorities in audiovisual field have been created to improve the practice of the freedom of information.
Following included the constitutionalization of regulatory authorities for audiovisual field in Tunisia and Marocco in order to promote fundamental freedoms, in particular freedom of information.
