Organizational conflict within organizations is normal if the leader can invest his positive results or become a problem that directly or indirectly affects the management of organizations, but the phenomenon of conflict has become one of the things that takes time not to facilitate the time of the leader, as well as the basic administrative functions he takes over, he also devotes part of his time to dealing with organizational conflict.

This article aims to introduce both variables and the importance they acquire, as well as to try to address the relationship between them in theory and in practice and to know the leadership style of the leader at Sonelgaz and its impact on the organizational conflict in the same institution and finally come up with a set of theoretical and applied results.
