This research is an attempt to establish a scientific theory we called it: "Theory of numerical approach to the affairs of achieving scientific manuscripts ( arithmetic scripts as a model )", and this due to the certainty that scientific theory is the only way to establish this numerical approach and activating the work in the field of achieving scripts of arithmetic and we explained its concept and we introduced the concept of arithmetic and we presented the most important branches and we explained the driving need to use this scientific theory and we presented the form of this numerical approach and we explained all its limits and we explained the steps to take it and we explained the scientific problem you face and we explained their goals and we explained its cognitive depth and we explained its basic principles, and we explained its scientific advantades.
