This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the use of the enterprise resource planning system according to the requirements of its application on functional performance, as a model for managing the knowledge and skills of its intellectual capital, this study dealt with the impact of the application of the ERP system on the functional performance of the National Insurance Company.
