Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level psychological skills (mental perception, relaxation and focus of attention) and the skillful performance of the junior handball players from Elbayadh teams, and the research sample included (32) players, where the researcher applied psychological skills questionnaire and skill performance tests.

The study showed that there is a relationship between the level of psychological skills and the skillful performance of handball players, and the researcher recommended the necessity of using psychological skills in exercises to raise the level of motor performance, including the skill performance as a whole in competitions.
