The purpose of the current research is to identify the role of perceived organizational support represented by (organizational reward, leadership support, organizational justice, and participation in decision-making) in improving the green intellectual capital represented by (green human capital, green structural capital, and green relational capital).

Therefore, the questionnaire tool was used in order to show the measurement of the level of availability of study variables in a sample of workers in the Babil Municipalities Directorate in Babil Governorate, and in order to reveal the nature of the results that the study seeks to achieve, a set of statistical tools must be used, which is represented by (normal distribution).

, The structural modeling equation, the Cronbach alpha coefficient, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the regression coefficients that were extracted by the AMOS.
