Abstract EN

Most of the problems that a person passes through lie in his being distant from the source of the Divine Guidance, the laws of true Islam, and being away from them, so he is worried and afflicted with psychological turmoil and emotional imbalance.

One of the ABC of human instinct is to seek contentment by hurrying to the Source of Guidance through learning and asking.

It seems that some of those who have psychological motives that support them to turn away from Guidance are accustomed to committing acts that violate social values and violate the economic capabilities of the individual, and thus negatively affect the general economy.

These acts are called economic crimes.

Of course, these economic crimes are spread in societies, as soon as the grounds are available, but they share close names such as usurious transactions or fraud and fraud in financial dealings and their counterparts, as well as greed in monopolizing goods and the like which are rampant among the classes of society.

All these grounds are referred to by the verses of the Qur’an in their total holistic sense at times, and in their precise conception at other times, finding solutions and alternatives.

This is what the paper is addressing.
