With the continuous development that the world is witnessing in the means of communication and technological progress, the need to develop the process of teaching and learning and not to depend on the traditional only, but it must be mixed with technology, and we cannot rely on the traditional only or the technological only, for each of them has weaknesses and for education to be ideal, it must We mix each with the other to give an opportunity to better integrate to improve the learning process and to avoid the weakness that exists in technological learning only or traditional only to enrich the skills of the twenty-first century among the learners.

Schools must be effective in the field of strategies for teaching thinking skills and problem solving and design activities to develop these skills and teachers qualified to implement these Activities and class management.

In order to determine the effectiveness and acceptability of blended learning, this study was conducted on a sample of 30 students from Khawla Bint thaalba school and 25 teachers to respond to the questionnaires and it became clear that now the students prefer blended learning because it attracts attention and takes into account the diversity of the learner's styles and that the teachers prefer blended learning also in education, but there is a problem In the length of time needed to prepare for it, and according to what I concluded in this research study that we must believe in the importance of blended education to continue in order to develop the education process in line with the recent changes around us, and we must develop this same intermingling periodically and the success of blended learning depends on the success of the teacher in managing Educational resources made available to him with intelligence and wise .
