دعوى "العقل التخريجي في دراسة مختلف الحديث" : عرض و نقد

Abstract EN

This paper deals with the claim of substitute reasoning in studying “Mukhtalaf AL-Hadith” by George Tarabishi in his book “From the Islam of the Quran to the IslamofAL-Hadith”.

It aims at explaining this claim, showing themotive behind it and exposing themost prominent scholarly and scientific drawbacks.

This research adopts the descriptive analytical approach to clarify this claim and its basis, and adopts the Critical approach to study it in depth and judge it.

The study reaches at a number of conclusions among which are: the triviality of this claim as it includes a number of scholarly errors such as the offence it represents towards scientific research in general and against the prominent scholars of Mukhtalaf AL-Hadith, the clear lack of objectivity, being impressionistic and depending on ready-made accusations.

Among the recommendations are: addressing and facing such claims as they are becoming for the claimed objectivity and fairness they claim.

It is important to deal with discuss such claims scientific cally and in depth.
